Hello Shredders!

We have been in the process of what I am calling Round I, of shredsomething.blogspot.com.

It has been a wonderful experience for me sharing mindspace regardless of physical local with all of you. I have found that blogspot, however, is limiting to all which we can accomplish together.

You can probably see how this page is more aesthetically appealing, but it is also more useful. On WordPress you can do a variety of things like “tagging” so we can create collections of posts that are related to each other, as well as creating new “pages” which can be designated for certain things. Perhaps the coolest thing too, is that we can search, and I imported all our old posts!

I feel with this system of organization we can create various pages like ‘news’, ‘conspiracy’, ‘music’, ‘festivals’, ‘plans’, ‘pictures’…..

I am going to try my best to set it up, make a post on blogspot, and then if possible send out emails.

I think we have reached a point where we can start making this a very wonderful place to check out on the web. The past few months have shown to me that the interest is there, and if we all can follow up, it will be a beautiful thing I hope. From here, I think the possibilities are totally endless. Hosting our own page could be very affordable, and then we could have unlimited data content, and a server. We can start hooking torrents, too, and upping our data transfer. I’ll make a page for ideas and suggestions, and all in all, I am very excited to bring you shredsomething 2.0!!
